Return Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’ve created a return policy that is both fair and helpful. Whether you received the wrong item, your order was damaged during shipping, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Most products purchased from the Krown E-Store may be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order. Returns may be accepted for reasons including a manufacturing defect, damaged packaging or product, or general dissatisfaction with the item.

Please note the following exception:

  1. All gift card purchases are final sale. However, gift cards do not expire.

All returned items require an RMA number, which stands for Returned Merchandise Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number.

To request an RMA number, please email us at estorereturns@krown.com with the details of the issue, along with your full name, address, and contact phone number. A Krown representative will reply within 1 to 3 business days. If your purchase qualifies for a return, we will provide your RMA number along with instructions on how and where to return the product.
